Meetings are more affective in person in my opinion. I would also add some employees find distractions at home.
That being said, I judge my team based on their results and not hours spent. As long as they do what’s required then they have the flexibility to work remote or shorter hours.
I think we we love in a world where a lot can be done remotely. However some things are better done in an office setting.
I’m all in for a hybrid setting even if it’s office once a week or once a month for a strategy plan/review
