What is typically the first thing you do at the start of your workday?

Grab my phone which is a bad habit IMO that I am working to get rid of. It feels good not having a phone in your hand for the first 15-30min in the morning.

Check emails and Slack for urgent messages, then prioritize tasks for the day.

I look at the list of tasks with coffee in my hands. And I decide what task I will do today

Fill in a simple daily trackers with the KPIs that are most important for me :)
