What makes Software feel amazing to use?

Not the huge list of features, I think................

I've used bloated tools that claim to do everything but feel painful to open. Then there are minimalist apps that just solve one problem perfectly.

You click a button and it does exactly what you expected. You open the interface and it doesn't overwhelm you with popups. Nobody is forcing you into a forced onboarding flow every two days.

Those apps are rare. And you can't fake good UX either. Once software starts feeling like a collection of growth hacks, people notice.
