If I manage to go to bed early, and thus wake up early - 6 to 10 am are the best times.

It's generally after a power nap, irrespective of what time it is. I really reap full benefits of power naps in day to day life. Be it work or personal tasks.

Usually mornings are the most energy packed for me, 10am-1pm.

After sunset I don't know, but there's some relationship with the sun going down and my dopamine level soaring high. I can write for a longer time, research without interruption and, overall, feel a lot more productive as compared to the morning hours.

ok I just had to be the 100th reply. I'm a night owl! Two fun facts: 1. Night owls are more creative than morning larks. 2.Night owls are more likely to be psychopaths.

I have observed I am at my best during the early hours of the day. I prefer to wake up between 5-6 in the morning and 7 am - 11 am is when I get my most creative bursts, though not daily :)

A bit of a variation on the question, but I'm super productive working Saturday mornings/afternoons.

I would say 9am to 3pm. Best time to work. The later half of the day goes in catchups and meetings.
