What’s one mindset shift that helped you grow (in work or life)?

by

When I first started in marketing, I used to wait for the perfect moment.

The perfect design.

The perfect words.

The perfect timing.

I would hold back on launching campaigns, sending emails, even sharing my thoughts, because I felt things weren’t ready yet.

But here’s what I’ve learned:

>Perfection slows you down.

>Getting things out there, learning, and improving along the way—that’s what really helps you grow.

Since then, I’ve embraced this mindset:

Done is better than perfect.

What about you?

What’s one mindset shift that helped you move forward in work or life?

Let’s share and learn from each other! 💬

Hamza, your mindset shift is key. For me, the big shift was moving from simply processing information to connecting concepts and patterns more deeply. Understanding that knowledge isn't static, but a constantly expanding and reconfiguring network. That "connection" is my way of growing.
