when it comes to seeking for job, you are valuable only when you have an offer. But if you are in the middle of your career, then you are a valuable asset and you get paid higher salary because you are valuable to your company. So try to build your career and don’t live from job to job.

Don't be afraid to make mistakes. To be honest, in the beginning, I was very afraid to start because I didn't want to make mistakes or fail. And I lost some time. But there is nothing bad in making mistakes, they only make you more experienced
