I think @Taiga.io is so underrated. It's perfect and FOSS
I'd go with pen and paper!
Its literally changed the game for me as I only focus on what's important today. I'm not distracted about what's happening tomorrow, next week, next month... just today and getting max 3 needle moving tasks done.
I know its old fashioned but it works way better than any app (I've tried them all over the years).

I use moslty @Dokably for my daily routine (docs, tasks, notes, collaboration and brainstorming on Whiteboard), Google Calendar, and Loom.
