The thought of very difficult times that came in my life and how i overcame it with all my fortitude and perseverance. Only this is enough to reinvigorate myself.
Form some sort of mental benchmark around how you feel during these moments of motivation and discouragement. Embrace how you feel in the moment, and look back to why those motivating moments were so great.
