When do you first check your social media in the day?

I'm the same as the crowd - as soon as I get up. The notifications make it hard to avoid this - need to turn them off!

Not until 90-120 mins after I wake up.

I don't , i haven't login facebook or any other social medias for weeks.

Unfortunately, as soon as I get up. But I also want to change this habit :)

Around 10 minutes after waking up. It's a really bad habit but I frequently catch myself doing it.
