Hi we love Ghost. But it shows suddenly "site is unavailable" when we try to access today. Can anyone help???

Hi, I like Ghost - great features and I look forward to getting into 4.0. But I am in urgent need of support to answer a question about a Ghost account which is unavailable now. No one seems to answer the support emails so far. Can you help? Would super appreciate it and I'll check out Ghost 4.0 in the meantime.

It's all good, but what you really need is a BUILT IN COMMENTS! With SEO , etc. So painful to work with ghost without them..
