@flaqueeau Thanks Evan! We're stoked about that application as well. I imagine with WFH + schools closing down, people will start feeling isolated + lonely pretty soon and we want to help fix that :)

Ahhh this solves for so many of the problems I face with Snapchat (disjointed, impersonal convos), Houseparty (huge, drunken convos), and Chatroulette (lots of inappropriate content). Love the idea of filtering by friends + friends of friends, seems like an intuitive way to keep conversations relevant + appropriate.

My friends and I tried it last night, many giggles 😛. I had @mena_adel_ibrahim, and many others in my video chat room. I'm from Canada, studied in UK, now living in California, it was so fun to have different circles interacting. When a friend would match with me, the first thing they would say while giggling is "I just met Yan, and Claire, oh and Alan [insert many giggles]". I rate this app high up, I'll use it over FaceTime and Zoom, because the video quality was better, and I like the giggle factor and quick catching up format. We have another friends date and are using Glimpse tonight again, we're coming back for it, we like it 💁🏽‍♀️!!

This is such a great concept! I find that I'm always so entrenched in work that I end up not checking in with friends or family for weeks. I can't wait to use this to reconnect with people on a more regular basis.

Glimpse looks super dope, I've heard great things from a few friends who've tried it out on iOS. With school pretty much cancelled now I can totally see how it'd be really useful for my friends / student groups as we try to stay in touch... Can't wait for the Android launch!

I’ve been so busy with school this week, and my school is already known for its lack of community. It's especially difficult during midterms and finals. I glimpsed the other day for the first time, and it honestly was really rewarding. I'm thinking of making it a daily routine with my group of friends since I only have so many hours in a day and school certainly keeps me busy.
