Really impressed with GoHire. 20+ year recruiting vet here with experience using our own internal ATS's as well as having access to and working with our client's systems. In my mind, a great ATS has certain elements: affordable, simple, intuitive ease-of-use design and functionality, designed around real-world recruitment/talent hiring processes, and adaptable to different recruitment situations, all in one place. GoHire has achieved that. At first glance, the platform seems barebones and a bit overly simplistic, but fact of the matter is, most platforms out there try to do too much and are overloaded with features that are not applicable for a SMB. The GoHire team seems to be really focused and has kept their eye on the ball as it relates to small biz talent acquisition. Features have rolled out in a logical order over time and are complete and ready to go when released, not half-baked. We are pleased with GoHire. If you are a small biz (or recruiting firm) looking to streamline and add structure to your process, take a look!

Great value for money

Very easy to set up and only getting better! They’re planning on releasing a bunch of features in the near future. Hoping to get more agency/white-label features added, like being able to monitor multiple companies from a single dashboard. Also, is there a way to filter through to see where things are being posted?

Very functional and easy to use product for hiring across teams

GoHire has allowed me to find great subcontractors and create a thorough process for finding the right candidate for my clients who need employees. I have been able to book more gigs and manage bigger projects thanks to this. My wife who works in HR Recruitment envies me because of this tool.
