During my time as an elite athlete in track and field, I saw a consistent bottleneck across all sports: Most coaches can tell you when their top athlete was ready to push and when they were hurting. Some could tell you about their top 5 in detail. But when you’re managing a roster of 15, 30, or 100, it’s impossible for any human to maintain that same level of visibility for everyone.
We knew that it didn't have to be this way. We built GoodCoach to bridge this widening gap. We want to give every athlete, on every team, in every sport the data-driven oversight and proactive care usually reserved for the top performers.
