I work as a DevOps engineer and have coached lots of new starters. The problems that occurred, they hadn't changed much since I started. And development teams struggle to help new starters because they get so little time. So, I went and wrote a book that covers the aspects of enterprise software development written in a way that a newbie would want it distilled.
