Gyana - Build custom reports for any source

by
Gyana makes it easy to bring your data together and build custom reports. It’s all point and click, never breaks and has a generous free tier. No more manual exports, #N/A nightmares or stale data.

@umythas Why do you say that?

What improvements have been made since the AppSumo launch?
Sascha Hofmann
@nathansmonk I'd say improvements on all fronts also depending on when you checked us out. Since the appsumo offer ended. We added a few new widgets and nodes. But the biggest features IMO are project duplication allowing you to reuse some of your work other clients and automation! Happy to go into more depth if you tell me what's your reference frame :D

@sascha_hofmann1 Sure, I picked up Gyana in October last year. I became frustrated with bugs and your support so haven't touched it since. I'd be interested in giving it another go if you think there have been significant improvements? My vision was always to create a single dashboard for our data from various sources using Gyana, it just never got off the starting blocks.
Sascha Hofmann
@nathansmonk We for sure have made big steps in terms of robustness and support. I think we probably have increased the amount of help articles 10x since then. In terms of features, we added the above mentioned. Also dashboard customisation is much better/more flexible. We are pushing updates weekly so I can guarantee that we have made big steps. Hope you give us another chance and let us know your feedback, especially since your vision seems to be aligned not only with ours but with most of our customers. Just as a side note we are also offering a setup your project service now. That might be interesting for you

@david_kell Excellent tool for those of us who aren't great coders. Wish you all the best on the launch!
David Kell
@maya_ovice Thanks Maya - and yes exactly! Only 0.4% of the world can code

can i use this to connect to a “local” database (mysql, mariadb) or still needs to port out to google sheets and use gyana for reporting? congrats on the launch!
David Kell
@mrdzyn Yes, you can replicate individual tables or entire schemas (FYI we replicate to avoid running queries on your database, which can impact production workloads) - see e.g. https://www.gyana.com/integratio...

The No code movement is the future, and analytics and reporting gives any digital business a true eye into what’s going on. I’ve been waiting for a team to make this process easier and simpler without wrangling our dev team and creating spaghetti-like overkill workflows between dozens of platforms!
David Kell
@omar_farook Thanks Omar, always love to hear your insights on this!
