FaceCode - Hire top tech talent with video interviews

This is a product that is really well thought out and coudlnt have been launched at a better time with remote interviews the norm. We have been hiring mid to senior technology teams for our clients for years and trying to stay ahead of the curve and save our clients recruitment time. FaceCode pairs up really well with the HackerEarth Assessments and allows us to interview the Talent and then let the hiring managers review the sessions and select two or three people for a final interview before making a choice. The FaceCode recording feature is a winner and it is really intuitive product for both our interview team and the coders. Really like the extra tools they added especially the Interview Feedback which eliminates waiting for interviewers to provide feedback to recruitment team. This is soooo important as the best coders are getting job offers and you have to be fast. Keep it up team!!
