Headway - Easiest way to keep your customers in the loop

I thought I need multi-language and comments.

I've been using this product for about a day and it's definitely making inter-team communication easier.

Pros:

Easy to configure. Basically exactly what I was looking for.

Cons:

I was hoping to be able to send periodic notifications like a weekly summary email, but it's not a big deal.

@oskar Stumbled upon Headway today. Looks pretty cool! Question for you - is there an easy way to give customers a popup update (not just the widget)? More like how Gmail launches a feature with a stack of cards (next -> next -> next)

We have started using Headway for SimpleBackups and we are very happy about it.

We were thinking whether to build our own or use a tool, Headway turned out to be the right choice.

Pros:

- Nice design

- Supports markdown

- Simple to set up and add updates

- Cool widget that you can configure and embed

Cons:

- None so far
