Henry is a powerful habit tracker/planner with guidance and content for those of us just getting started and flexible options for the pros. There are no subscriptions, and there's also a focus on exploring the correlation with your moods & wellbeing.
Hello PH, I hope everyone is having an awesome day. I want to share the newest app I've been working on: Henry - Habits & Wellbeing
Henry is a new productivity app designed with content and guidance for those of us just getting started and flexible options for the pros.
At its heart, it's a powerful habit tracker and planner that you can customise to fit your needs. But there's so much more:
• Understand the psychology behind how habits work
• Analyse the impact of each habit on your moods
• Stay motivated with inspirational quotes
• 12 friendly pets to unlock
• Take time to reflect with calming nature sounds
• iOS 14 widgets
• And much more.
It's available on iOS, iPadOS & macOS:
https://apps.apple.com/app/apple...
(universal purchase)
I'd love to know what you think and I'm here all day to answer questions.

@cristianmoisei Does it work with Apple Health? E.g. read your health data so you don't have to log things?
Hey Chris, the mood analysis is optional, but there's no sensor on the device that would be able to tell you how you're feeling, that's up to each of us. So Apple Health doesn't have any data that Henry could use. There is a reminder however and the notification supports quick actions. Let me know if you'd like more details about how this works.
@cristianmoisei Are there any plans to integrate with Health to automatically read whether you’ve logged an Apple Watch workout/gone for a walk each day for example?
Great to see a refreshing way of setting goals.
Since I see the app is for iPhone, iPad, and Mac, I'm curious if reminders will ring on all the devices at the same time? How does this work?
Love this. The design of this kind of an app is critical to making it approachable and enjoyable. I think you nailed it.
With the clean design and colours. The anthropomorphic name, "Henry". And the animal-focused characters and rewards.
It's like a Tamagotchi, except instead of growing them, they are growing you.
And the one-time $1.99 (CAD) price is bang on.
Henry seems to be a real friend who can support you to stay motivated while starting a new habit. But I am still not sure if there is any guidance for those willing to kick a negative habit. Does Henry focus only on developing good habits only and not helping to get rid of the bad ones?
Hey Kate, thanks for the review. There's content in Henry that explains how we form habits in general, both good and bad, how our brains get motivated to do things, tips for how to manage this process better, etc. But there are also plenty of examples for adopting positive habits and ditching negative ones.

So cute! Will there be an Android version at some point?
Hey Anna, I'm glad you like it. I'm afraid right now I don't have any plans for an Android version. It's just available on iOS, iPadOS and macOS as a universal purchase.

Henry is such a cool app. I love the fact that it helps give you templates right off the bat. I’ve used it all of today and I feel a connection with Henry with his messages and updates it keeps me motivated.
