@mark_willaman Thank you for the kind words Mark. Over time we've collected all kinds of data points here at Weekday. Including a lot of key factors which help us determine if a candidate would be a great match for your job opening (and vice-versa). We're working on that and will roll out the similarity feature sometime soon. We're all focused on making Hiring extremely easy so not really planning on actively working on anything not related to it. :)

@drewxa we just launched it but in our initial beta tests it led to around 30% response rates which is significantly higher than normal outreach.
