Hey Product Hunters! ๐Ÿ‘‹ Super excited to be launching Hiring Studio โ€” a free suite of copilots to help 10x the productivity of recruiting teams. In this first release, you can collaborate with our AI to create and refine interview questions tailored to your specific needs. On top of that, you can: ๐Ÿ” Explore suggested follow-up questions. ๐Ÿ“‹ Generate a rubric for what to look for in an excellent, good, or bad answer. ๐ŸŽง Listen to sample candidate answers in formats like STAR. Have a play with our "absurd" answers โ€”ย they'll make you chuckle. ๐Ÿ”— Export or share the questions with the rest of your team. We've not just built a "GPT wrapper"; we've built a "GPT wrapper" wrapper! Jokes aside, we wanted to build something that is genuinely valuable for recruiting teams, so we've specifically fine-tuned an LLM to be excellent at this particular task. We wanted to get the v0 out as soon as possible to see what you make of it, but we have a bunch more exciting items on the roadmap: ๐Ÿ’ผ Ability to generate case studies with synthetic data. These case studies will be relevant to your company. ๐Ÿ’ป Ability to generate personalized algorithm and data structures questions. By analyzing at your company's website in the background, we're going to create questions that have a narrative/story relevant to what your company does. ๐Ÿ—๏ธ System design question generation. Similar to the two features above, these are going to create questions with a narrative/story relevant to what your company does โ€” not some generic 'how would you build Twitter" question. Let me know what you think! P.S. This product is not yet designed for candidates โ€” it's for recruiting and hiring teams.

@s16h So cool to see this live! Really impressed with what the team has built. I especially love the ability to listen to sample answers. Hiring Studio is going to be an invaluable tool for hiring teams to run super high-quality, efficient interview processes. Can't wait to see this in the hands of more recruiters, interviews, hiring managers! And eagerly awaiting Hiring Studio's next drop ๐Ÿ‘€

Hi Product Hunters! I'm one of the engineers behind the interview question generator at hiring.studio and cannot be more excited to see it launch! Knowing what interview questions to ask candidates is the first piece in a long line of hard problems that interviewers face in the increasingly intense fight for talent. Helping solve this problem (and others over the coming months) is thrilling! Even better, weโ€™re able to bring it to the world for free, with the support from Metaview! Let us know what you think of the questions generated!

@nicholas_mayhew always be shipping, always!

This is awesome. It would be cool to have the ability to save questions. I imagine this could be incredibly insightful if connected to anonymized Metaview interview data as well (eg this question highly correlates with success). Love seeing this launch and excited for more like this!
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@kyranschmidt Appreciate the feedback! Saving questions is a great idea, and integrating insights like success correlations from interview data could definitely take it to the next level. We're excited about the possibilities too and glad to hear you're enjoying the launch!

This product is 10/10... I generated questions for an interview I have today, and I'll definitely use a few of them. I'm so impressed!
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@chsrbrts Thanks so much! Glad to hear the questions were helpful for your interview today. Itโ€™s great to know the tool is working well for you, and we really appreciate the feedback!

Very excited to see this get launched! I know Nick and the team have put in a ton of effort, and the end result is fantastic. I'm confident this will not only accelerate interview design but also enhance interview quality, helping recruiters and hiring managers focus on sourcing and interviewing top candidates. Canโ€™t wait to see how people respond and what's coming next on the roadmap. Huge congrats to the team! ๐ŸŽ‰
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@isaac_mond Thanks so much for the kind words! ๐Ÿ™ Itโ€™s been a real team effort, and weโ€™re thrilled to finally get this out there. Totally agreeโ€”anything that makes interviewing smoother and more effective is a win for everyone. Weโ€™re excited to hear feedback and canโ€™t wait to share whatโ€™s coming next. Stay tuned!

Interviewing can be a pain, and anything that helps me ask better questions and actually understand what good answers sound like is a win. Will this eventually help with the painful "grading the candidates" part? Because that's the worst... ๐Ÿ˜ด
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@ihuzaifashoukat totally โ€”ย AI doesn't have to do it all but it can be a 10x productivity tool to help you land on the right set of assessment criteria.
Siadhal Magos
Love the human-AI collaboration here. That collaborative iteration is so important to get the most out of LLMs. Have had a few absurd answers in recent interviews, too, so good to know how to spot those ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@siadhal Totally agreeโ€”human-AI collaboration is where the magic really happens! ๐Ÿค–โœจ Itโ€™s all about refining and getting the best out of these tools. And haha, those absurd answers definitely keep things interesting! ๐Ÿ˜‚
Saksham Shah
This is such a cool idea! Itโ€™s hard enough coming up with good interview questions, so having an AI tool that does it based on the job description is awesome. The rubrics that show what to look for in responses are just icing on the cake. This will save so much time for recruiters.
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@saksham_shah Thanks so much! ๐Ÿ™Œ Weโ€™re really happy to hear youโ€™re loving the idea. Making interview question generation easier and more aligned with the job description was a big goal for us. And totally agreeโ€”the rubrics are like the cherry on top, making it easier to evaluate responses quickly and consistently. Canโ€™t wait to see how much time it saves recruiters in action!
Keir Lewis
This is great! I played around with it to see what it suggests for my intro calls with engineering candidates. The follow-up questions are useful, they gave me some interesting new ideas. The rubrics are a really handy resource too. Oh, and some of those voice examples are quite funny ๐Ÿ˜.
Shahriar Tajbakhsh
@keir_lewis1 Thanks for checking it out! ๐Ÿ™Œ Glad to hear the follow-up questions sparked some new ideas for your engineering intro callsโ€”thatโ€™s exactly what we were hoping for! The rubrics are definitely designed to make things smoother, and we had a lot of fun with those voice examples too ๐Ÿ˜. Appreciate the feedback!
Sam Douglas
@s16h so stoked to see what the team has created this time! This is definitely another invaluable tool thatโ€™s going to empower interviewers to ask high quality and meaningful questions from the talent theyโ€™re engaging with ๐Ÿ™Œ. It helps that itโ€™s fun to actually use, and looks amazing to boot ๐Ÿ‘Œ
