Honey - Delivering Happiness Through Care

When I saw my parents needed help with daily activities during covid, I asked my friend if she would be interested in helping out my parents since I live in other country. I thought since there are many elders who need support like my parents do, I posted on Facebook and LinkedIn and after seeing the positive response, I decided to test the idea in Delhi to see if this solution could scale to help others. And that's when honey was born – honey provides companionship and assistance with tasks such as errands, hospital visits, technology lessons and learning new skills. We spent time with a few seniors and newly parents to understand what their major concerns were. Below are the fear/concerns that we heard from them. At Honey we are trying to find new elder and child care solutions to address below concern. · Loss of independence. · Declining health. · Not being able to live at home. · Inability to manage their own activities of daily living. · Isolation or loneliness · Strangers caring for them · Fear of falling or getting hurt.
