Test and debug webhooks with Hookdeck Inspect. Get a live URL you and your agent can use, plus mock webhooks for 500+ providers. It's free, no account or setup required.
Request bins have been around for ages, but were built for humans. We thought it time to build something agent-native.
Inspect is a webhook tester you can use with your agent. No skills, MCP, or server setup required.
Get a URL and see requests arrive live, with payloads exactly as sent. Or paste the URL into Claude or Codex and it’ll tell you when a request lands, and use it to build your handler.
What's included:
Mock webhooks from 500+ providers, including Stripe, Shopify and GitHub
A live request feed that you and your agent can use
A path to production: forward to localhost with CLI, then move to Event Gateway for queues, retries and transforms.
By Hookdeck, the makers of Event Gateway and Outpost, which processes billions of webhooks every week.
Inspect is free to use, no account needed. Check it out and let us know what you think.
The bit that stands out to me is the path to production — most test bins are a dead end, but here you can forward to localhost with the CLI and then graduate the same flow to Event Gateway for queues and retries. Also like that you can paste the URL into Claude or Codex and have the agent tell you when a request actually lands, instead of me babysitting a refresh button.
Nice idea making a request bin that the agent can read too. Do the mock webhooks from the 500+ providers include valid signatures, so I can test signature verification in my handler, or just the payload shape?
Mock payloads for 500 plus providers is the part that saves real time, because most of my webhook debugging is spent getting a provider to fire the one event I actually need to see.
@saad_el_gueddari Thanks Saad, I think you're right - rather than sitting waiting on a webhook response or refreshing the page, you can now hand that off to an agent.
Report
Every DM in StorkPlus reaches our agents as a Meta webhook, and the slow part is messaging our own test page just to see one payload again. Does the mock list cover WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram events? And can an Inspect URL answer Meta's hub.challenge verification, so I can point a real test app at it too?

@karimbenkeroum Thanks Kareem - hoping to put an end to the awkward tab switching between docs, provider page, and your own app.
a live url i can hand to an agent without setting up a server is handy
the provider examples should also save that awkward step of waiting for a real event just to check the payload shape
