Mycel runs the work your service business sells - clients, deliverables, approvals, invoices. Each job runs in a disposable sandbox that never holds a credential, and nothing reaches a client until you approve it. From $299/mo, or self-host free.

It is live.
If you run client work, you are the last pair of eyes on everything. Every report, every update, every deck. That is what caps how many clients you can carry. It gets worse as you grow.
Three ways out, and you have priced all of them. Hire at $45k plus six weeks of ramp. Keep doing it yourself every evening. Or turn the work down.
A chat window drafts fine. It also forgets what you corrected the moment the tab closes. Month six costs you what week one did.
Mycel is built the other way round.
Every job gets its own machine. A sandbox boots, does the work, and is destroyed. The agent never holds your keys.
Then the checks run on the output. A summary says four findings. The table lists five. The draft is held and made to say why, and you never see it.
It writes against what that client received last month. An open item does not vanish between deliveries. Edit before you approve and both versions are kept. The diff is what it learns from.
It runs on its own clock. Five timers are live in the demo now. Chasing what is owed. Resuming work that stalled. Keeping the business findable. Nobody starts them in the morning.
Nothing reaches a client without your sign-off.

correction becomes a rule, and rule gets retrieved on the next draft, contradicting drafts get held, that all works :)

On deliverables, no it doesn’t have to be a file. Most of the time it is, PDFs and CSVs mostly. But it also writes and sends emails, raises invoices and chases them, and a couple of the services can publish a page straight to a CMS when the job calls for it.
Ads, yeah it does. Writes them for Meta, Google and LinkedIn. Gives you a few angles with the headline and copy for each and you pick one. It will not spend anything until you click place and set the daily budget yourself. The agent has no access to that bit at all, on purpose.
Fair warning on both, they are the newer parts and barely anyone has run them yet. The document side is the bit with actual mileage on it =)

@bengeekly yeah, both basically, good question
the cleanest way is through a connector, where you give mycel access to the CMS and it can publish/update things directly
but it can also work through APIs, webhooks, or basically any tool with an API that the job needs to interact with
the deliverable doesn't necessarily have to be 'here's a file', it can be 'here's the finished thing, and it's now live in the system where it needs to go'

Nice one. When it drafts something for a client, how much of it is usually right first time? how much of the work is reading and fixing versus just signing off.

@amraniyasser So far people are just signing off. few dozen drafts, nobody changed anything.
That’s too few to mean much though. Ask me again when it’s a few hundred and I’ll give you a real number :)

The approval layer and learning from the past edits is the part that really caught me. For client work, AI that remembers how you actually deliver feels way more useful than another chat window. Really interesting approach. Congrats on the launch!

the chat window can help you do the work once, but the interesting bit for us is making the 50th delivery better than the 1st because it actually remembers how you work, impossible to leave the platform :)
still very early, but that's the part i'm most excited to see play out!
Hey @thislam Congrats on the launch.
Honestly, I had to read through this a couple of times to fully understand what Mycel does, but once I got the core idea, I found it really interesting.
One of my colleagues in my extended team actually works closely with clients and handles a lot of this kind of work, so I can already think of someone I’d recommend Mycel to. I feel this could genuinely save him a lot of time, especially with the repetitive client work and workflows he has to deal with.
