Pretty useful for meetings, integrations are convenient, nice free plan, hope it will never become premium only. Interested to know if there will be an open-source plan for GitHub organizations so that >10 open source contributors can manage development meetings in one place :)

Scheduling Follow-up meetings in a breeze looks amazing. Curious to know if the created follow up meeting allows for access to previous meeting agenda, notes, AIs etc.

@arpit_khunteta yep! Hugo will detect notes from the previous meeting as being related to the follow-up meeting. That way you can view side-by-side or even carry the previous notes across for continuity 👍

Just recently discovered Hugo. As a highly organized student, I have trouble focusing when my life feels cluttered - same goes for all the tabs open on my computer. Being able to close my Google calendar and see all my meetings, calendars, and schedules in one place isn't just satisfying, but it actually saves me time every day.

Hugo replaced my calendar + notes application + my task manager (through Trello integration). It's also been fantastic in quickly referencing and finding notes from pervious meetings' discussions. Keep it up!

Our sales organisation is better coordinated, documents and notes are created and shared seamlessly across slack, confluence and our CRM (hubspot) and everyone’s saving on time with reminders and templates. The onboarding process is designed to make the transition so much smoother and it doesn’t hurt that the entire team is available to help with missing info at short notice.

Hugo is this perfect joint between a calendar and notepad, basically a daily planner in a digital form. Not only is it intuitive to take notes assigned to the specific meeting, but also really easy to find them later on. I no longer need a bunch of places to store my to-discuss and to-do lists for regular 1:1s with my lead. It's all in Hugo now, which means we know what to prepare for before the call and remember about the next steps afterward. Makes my life easier, really wish more of my teammates will use it soon.
