@phanis if you could personalize emails, and calls, and linkedin DMs, why would you want to personalize just the emails? Jokes aside, only this feature option is not there. But when you use its integrated version with any CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce, Zoho and more), you can personalize emails at scale for sure.

@shivam_jha3 Absolutely Shivam! Give it a shot. Nothing like seeing how it translates to real life scenarios. I'm pretty decent at personalization (if I can say so myself) but I always end up personalizing the way I like, instead of the way my audience would like it. Not anymore tho!
