Hi everyone, I’m excited to share Hydrate – Drink Water Reminder, a free Figma widget I built to solve my own problem.
Like many designers, I get so absorbed in my work that I forget to drink water for hours. Instead of downloading another app, I thought: why not bring hydration reminders into the place where I spend most of my time i.e. Figma.
✨ What it does:
• Set smart timers (15–60 min)
• Track progress with water droplets 💧
• Light & dark mode to match your workspace
• Motivational nudges (without guilt or pressure)
The goal isn’t to shame you for missing a sip, it’s to gently build a healthy habit while you stay productive.
I’d love to hear your thoughts! Would this fit into your daily workflow? Any ideas to make it better are more than welcome.
Stay hydrated 💧✨

This is a wonderful example of solving your own problem in a way that adds value to the whole design community. The balance between function and delight feels spot on. The droplets, the light/dark modes, and the gentle nudges make it less of a productivity hack and more of a supportive companion.

@prathmesh_gharad Thank you so much for trying it out and sharing this thoughtful feedback! 💧 My goal was to make sure users don't feel guilty for missing a streak, but instead gently nudge them towards building the habit. Whether it’s a full glass or just a sip, it’s about reminding them to stay hydrated at their own pace. :)
