Love this! Hypercontext has been very helpful in coordinating and organizing 1:1s across my team. My secret, something I have done from very early on in my career, is to create a running list throughout the year of what I did, so come review time I can jot down a comprehensive picture, rather than just what I could remember from the last few months. Great use of AI to make this concept 10x easier for me!

@dave_rigotti1 What's also nice about this, is it pushes your directs to contribute that list/those wins to their 1:1 agenda. As, if it's in there the AI will remember it (even if the manager doesn't) Thanks for your support 😀

This is amazing!! Performance reviews are so important for both managers and team members to be effective and grow, but they are SOOO time consuming. This is a huge innovation.

Really excited to pull AI into reviews - I definitely don't find that process "fun" in any sense of the word. Combined with the usefulness of Hypercontext, this will only further cement our use of the tool!

This is a great idea - it can be tough to go through a bunch of old 1:1s and notes to formulate reviews. Almost nobody likes doing these because of that. Is there anything in this that will help people manage their 1:1s better as well?
