@abadesi we scouted for the composers and convinced them our business model https://icons8.com/our-business-... works best. Here's the pitch in short: People get either free content for a link (we all know how it is, to be poor and not being able to afford any paid digital content). Teams and companies (10% of our users) usually pay. This way, composers get either advertising or money. We work this way, and that's more than enough to sustain.

@abadesi also we created a small number of tracks in-house. That's something we used to do with icons, photos, and (spoiler) soon illustrations. We tried it with music as well, but apparently music is different; it takes much longer to compose. Therefore, we had to rely on our partnerships with composers.

One more cool collection of free useful stuff from the Icons8 team. As usual, simple, minimalist and user-friendly interface with easy-to-get tracks. I suppose it will make life sound much better for designers, game creators and marketers who often need to get quality music or sounds for their projects. Really love the category search function and is way better than most sites that I have found out there for free music. The site looks sleek, professional, and love the photography choice! I really love the audio player on the site. Love how it appears on the bottom. Good feeling for the site. Will certainly use it!
