It is really fun to see design becoming more code-ready. You can build some pretty powerful features by combining a few of these APIs. No waiting for custom works or design approvals lets you ship value faster. And that is the name of the game for smaller makers!

@singhamardeep yep, but we've rewritten the whole thing: 1. Rewritten from the ground up ~5x faster 2. Stats! A little secret is we didn't measure the number of requests before. 3. @visualpharm I really like Icons8 assets and had enquired about pricing several months back and had plans to use it in our product www.vizardapps.com . But the new pricing is way steeper than that and kinda prohibitive to use now :(

In terms of pricing, what constitutes a 'download'? If the end user previews an image in our app will we be billed for that? Or is there some way of determining if an image is actually used?

@mrkevmcg Good question, we consider it a download is when a full-resolution asset is delivered. Say you were building a Canva-like app. If a user is mocking up a design they can scroll through many previews for free or near-free, but when they pick something and bring it to the canvas it would load the asset at full resolution, counting as a download.
