Very good product, kudos for shipping this.
What might be useful is to be able to get an SVG export of the result with a one-off payment, possibly something like a couple of dollars for one export For people like me, it wouldn't make sense to have a membership since I rarely design by myself, but I would be willing to pay for the SVG outputs of my own designs when I need it.
Again, beautiful product, congrats!
@sifonvebok right, this is a common use case. For what you propose, we have a powerful lobby even inside our marketing team :)
* Our story with one-off payments *
We had $5 icons back in 2016. Our problem is we can't commercialize anything too cheap. Complex billing puts a massive load on developers, support, and via support, again on developers.
The moment you release it, people want to redownload what they have paid for. After trying it manually, you release the purchase history.
Then, something goes wrong and people paid, but didn't get the image. Support must handle it, and since they can't connect to our database, developers should help with each case.
Then, people add a minor edit and don't want to pay again. So you measure the amount of change they've made.
Then, we created the discounted packs. So we had to measure the number of credits each person has, and confirm spending a credit.
Then, this complicated backend slows done the website. Each time a customer accesses an item, you have to check if she paid for it. I know some services that are slow just because of that.
* Consequence *
At the end of the day, you don't develop the new products and features but service your complicated monetization. After we dropped all the complicated plans, we started delivering like crazy.
* Solution *
Simplify the billing. Either one pricing model or another, but not both mixed. In particular, I like SaaS: it's a godsend for the simplicity of the billing.
We appreciate you as a customer, but we better serve you for free. That's why I keep insisting we have a generous free part.
@visualpharm Thanks a lot for the detailed explanation, I really appreciate the effort and understand the struggle. I wish you guys the best, keep rocking it!
I really like how versatile the illustrations are. And there are truly different styles of them, not just recolored, but totally different look: funny, elegant, or geometric. This is like a cheat code for design.

This is quite possibly the most amazing design product I've seen. You guys seriously never stop amazing me...
