ify - Resolution AI that works on top of your existing helpdesk

Most AI support tools ask you to rip out your helpdesk first. Ify works on top of Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, or HubSpot and gets to work across email, chat, WhatsApp, Slack, and more. The part that usually stalls an AI support rollout is "our docs aren't good enough." Ify solves that by building its own knowledge base: it scrapes your site and docs, generates SOPs from release notes and past ticket resolutions. Built for support teams who want something live now.

Congrats Karthik, Irshad and team! The “don’t rip out your helpdesk” approach is such a practical way to bring AI into support teams. I especially like how Ify turns existing docs, release notes, and resolved tickets into useful SOPs. That’s often the real blocker, not the chat widget itself. Wishing you a great launch!

Appreciate that, thank you! You're right, the chat widget's the easy part, the real work is turning existing docs and past tickets into something usable. Glad that came through. Thanks for the support!

No per-user pricing makes sense here. If AI is resolving the ticket, I’d rather pay around resolved work — with escalations + AI cost included. Seats are a weird proxy for value now.

Really good point and this is exactly how we have done. Ify is priced per resolution, not per seat. Once AI is doing the resolving, seats stop being a meaningful proxy for value, like you said. Appreciate you laying out the logic so clearly.

Congrats on the launch, and team Not having to switch helpdesks is a breath of fresh air, and letting the AI learn directly from past tickets fixes the biggest headache with messy docs.

what happens if two old tickets have different solutions for the same issue—how does it know which one is right?

Great question, Vadivel! If two past tickets conflict, Ify considers context such as product version, recency, and supporting documentation rather than blindly choosing one. If confidence is low, it escalates the case to a human; the confirmed resolution then helps update the SOP for future tickets. This human-in-the-loop approach prevents outdated fixes from becoming the default.
