Oh, this is a really great product. But when selecting colors, is it possible to modify individual elements rather than the entire illustration? For example, can I change just the color of the headset?
Yes of course. You can enable the "Fill" tool in the tool bar, and you pick a color in the color picker then you can click wherever you want to change the color.
Congrats Evan @evanyang & team on the PH launch! 🎉 As a product lead who hates generic stock art, I love how IllustraAI solves real pain points - your story about indie hustle resonates hard. The SVG output quality is 🔥 for landing pages!
One suggestion: Could you add a 'style fusion' feature? Like mixing flat design with retro gradients? That could help users maintain brand consistency while exploring variations. Also, maybe a bulk export option for teams?
P.S. How do you handle complex prompts like 'cyberpunk cat reading blockchain news'? Asking for a friend 😉 Amazing work - can't wait to see style libraries expansion!
@evanyang Congrats on the launch! 🚀 As someone who’s struggled with finding unique illustrations that aren’t overused stock art, IllustraAI sounds like a game-changer!
Curious—how does it compare to other AI illustration tools like MidJourney (which can generate artistic images but not scalable vectors) or design libraries like Undraw? Does it allow for style customization (e.g., flat, hand-drawn, 3D, or minimalist)?
Also, any plans to integrate with Figma or Webflow directly? That would be huge for designers!
Super excited to give this a spin! 🎨🔥

Congrats on the launch! I can see this being very useful.
How does style selection work? Can you upload example images of other illustations to influence the output style?

I am not sure about this fact - is it true that only 3 credits are allocated for trial user? Perhaps this can be raised, 3 is certainly not enough to do a decent test of an AI product.

this is cool! I am trying this now for a small project I am working on.
my suggestions: however many credits you get for free is not enough. by the time I figured out how to use it I was out of credits. at that point I would not purchase or even give credit card number unless I got to try it for a solid 15/30 minutes. but that is me, I'm gen X and prob have a different view than most.
sign up process - the survey is way too long. it felt like 10 questions about why I am using the app seemed a bit much for the first experience.

Great product. It will be useful for a lot of people.
- Can I create a set of illustrations in one prompt?
- Does it maintain consistency across prompts?
One idea can be: It generates illustrations based on the website's look and feel. It will avoid a lot of guidance from users to get it perfect.
