@peppereddirt Thanks for your question, Marin! As of now, we don't have a UI-component for this specific purpose. However, we're always working with our customers to make sure that they are compliant with the user privacy (3rd party software, etc.) policies that they are communicating to their users. We don't turn user conversations into stats per se but focus on the conversations themselves! We're currently working on more features to support this, though. We'd love to learn more about your perspective!

@peppereddirt Actually, the "PII redaction" feature has already been built and is currently in testing! As seen in our SOC 2 compliance, customer data security & privacy is a top priority for us. Hope this answers your question :)

This is a very cool product! Great work :) I'm curious. Does impaction.ai work with products that are built with specific LLMs (ex. I use Anthropic's Claude) or is it compatible with all LLMs?

@jreynolds Thanks, Jonathan! We focused a lot of our efforts on making sure that the experience was as user-friendly and accessible as possible. We want to break down some of the barriers product people face in analyzing data effectively. Columbus copilot is good at doing a bunch of different things including helping you brainstorm ideas, generate queries that will help you navigate your conversational data easily, provide qualitative/quantitative analysis and more! We are pretty early in our journey though! If you have any thoughts or ideas on what we should build next, please share as well :)
