Very responsive. Great team. Fast development. Does a great job offering simple single step integrations. The complex integrations builder is getting better all the time, though it still has a little ways to go :)

I loved Zapier but I am glad there's actually another platform that is cheaper. I like it that more apps are being added too. :)
