Building photo consent infrastructure for organizations

by

Hi everyone,

I’m Eva, founder of MyFaceGuard.

I’m building a tool that helps organizations collect, manage, and track photo consent before publishing images in corporate communication channels, websites, social media, event galleries, or internal materials.

The idea is simple: organizations should have a clear workflow for photo consent, and individuals should have more control over how their face and image are used.

Today, many teams still manage this with paper forms, emails, WhatsApp messages, or spreadsheets. MyFaceGuard is meant to make this process digital and easier to follow, with clear consent statuses and better proof of consent.

This is especially relevant in Europe because of GDPR and the need for documented, manageable, and revocable consent.

I’m currently looking for organizations that would be open to testing the product and sharing feedback. It could be useful for DPOs, marketing teams, legal teams, HR, event organizers, and communications teams.

Happy to connect with people working in privacy, marketing, events, HR, or B2B SaaS.
