I’m Vandana Pandey, the Founder of TalentReviewAI and also a recruiter and HR professional with over 4 years of experience. I’m excited to introduce TalentReviewAI, an AI-driven recruitment platform built for HR and hiring teams.

My team and I have been working on this product for the past 1.5 years, and we’re finally entering our pre-launch phase!

I started building TalentReviewAI after realising how much time and money companies waste juggling multiple recruitment portals, CRMs, and ATS platforms. My goal? To bring everything hiring-related into one simple, intelligent system, so you don’t need multiple subscriptions to get the job done.
