Can something better or alternative be created from the bigger vendors?

Hi everyone! I am completely new to product hunt and to be honest I signed up to pitch my product.

I am a data engineer having worked mostly with open source technologies and I was always thinking of building a data agnostic platform. However I ended up building a conversational analytics platform with use of LLMs obviously.
However most people are telling me databricks has genie, snowflake has cortex and so on. Cant there be something better or different from those exist though?
