I’m Saikiran , building Bluphlux – an AI hiring copilot that takes the burden of sourcing and outreach off recruiters and founders.

We’ve have over 50M candidate profiles, and our agent does the heavy lifting: it searches through the data, reaches out across phone ( we get good traction of conversion here), WhatsApp, and email, and then bubbles up the most relevant, high-intent candidates for a given role.

Think of it as Cursor but for hiring use cases – you describe the role and context, and the agent handles the grunt work so you can focus on closing the right people.

Happy to connect with other builders, recruiters, and founders who are experimenting with agents, outbound hiring, or AI-first recruiting workflows.
