I’m Tal Dahahani. If you google my last name, you’ll find steaks and burgers. I’m the 4th generation of a massive meat brand family "Baladi" from ISRAEL.

My path was set: run the factory, manage logistics, sell meat. But I saw a huge problem. We were spending a fortune on outdated TV commercials.

So, I took a sharp turn. Instead of optimizing the slaughterhouse, I decided to optimize creativity.

I built Adarena to help brands (like my family's) create high-end video ads using Gen-AI, for a fraction of the cost.

I’m here to learn from you all. From physical retail to SaaS is a wild jump. Any advice for a first-time tech founder?
