That’s why I built Xvent — a platform focused specifically on guest management for events.

@amanndaphillips Thank you Amanda! That’s exactly the problem I wanted to solve with Xvent. Guest management often ends up being scattered across too many tools, especially when it comes to confirmations and check-in.
What’s the biggest challenge you see with event check-in today?
@paula_venturi Of course Paula! Dealing with guests who can't get their QR codes to scan because of bad lighting or low screen brightness is a surprisingly common bottleneck.
@amanndaphillips Absolutely! And beyond making check-in smoother, I think one of the biggest challenges is understanding what actually happens at the event. With Xvent, I wanted to go beyond QR scanning and help organizers track guest arrivals in real time and access post-event data. Because knowing who actually attended, not just who confirmed, can make a real difference when measuring an event’s results.
