Hello everyone! I’m Yurii, the founder of OnSkillDemand.

Our team provides recruitment, candidate interviewing, and professional development services. Through this work, we have gained firsthand experience with the challenges recruiters and hiring teams face - from defining role requirements and preparing interviews to evaluating evidence and making consistent, well-documented decisions.

We used that practical experience to build OnSkillDemand: a structured hiring platform designed around real recruitment workflows. It brings vacancy requirements, interview plans, candidate evaluations, scoring, and decision-ready reports into one place.

AI assists with preparation, guidance, and organization, while recruiters and hiring managers remain in control of every decision.
