OnSkillDemand organizes each vacancy, candidates, structured interview rounds, editable AI-assisted questions, interviewer notes, scores, and decision-ready reports in one workflow. AI helps with preparation, while people remain responsible for every evaluation and final decision.

We re looking for 2 3 teams with an active technical vacancy for a focused pilot. We can help configure the interview process, scoring, reporting, and integrations with your existing tools. We re also open to supporting the first technical interviews using the platform.
