Looking for teams to pilot a structured technical interview workflow

Hi makers - I'm the founder of OnSkillDemand. We built it because hiring evidence is often scattered across CVs, chats, documents, scorecards, and reporting tools.

OnSkillDemand organizes each vacancy, candidates, structured interview rounds, editable AI-assisted questions, interviewer notes, scores, and decision-ready reports in one workflow. AI helps with preparation, while people remain responsible for every evaluation and final decision.

We’re looking for 2–3 teams with an active technical vacancy for a focused pilot. We can help configure the interview process, scoring, reporting, and integrations with your existing tools. We’re also open to supporting the first technical interviews using the platform.

I’d especially like to learn:

• Where does your technical interview process lose consistency?

• Which integration would make a pilot useful - ATS, calendar, Slack, or something else?

• Would you prefer running the workflow independently or having us assist with the first interviews?
