I built a Claude Code alternative from Alexandria - Your keys never leave your laptop

For months I used free-claude-code (61k stars, huge respect to Ali) but one thing scared me: shared tokens.

Your API keys on someone else's server? No thanks.

So I hard-forked it into TEOS AI Gateway:

- Keys encrypted locally with AES-256, never leave your laptop

- Blocked upstream auto-updater (teos-update = no-op) - can't phone home

- 57 providers + 11 agents, 11.2MB offline installer

- AGPL-3.0, we disclose it's a fork in README
