Indie dev from Kyoto, building a desktop app for Notion users
Hey, I'm Ray. I'm an indie developer based in Kyoto, Japan.
I've been building Notion Launcher, a desktop app that lets you save anything to Notion without opening it. Memos, screenshots, highlights, bookmarks.
If you use Notion, you probably know the flow: you have an idea or find something worth saving, so you copy it or take a screenshot, then open Notion, find the right database, create a new page, and finally start typing. That's a lot of steps just to save one thing. Notion Launcher cuts all of that down to a single keyboard shortcut. The whole capture takes under 2 seconds.
In a time when every minute counts more than ever, I wanted to eliminate the friction between having a thought and getting it into Notion.
Currently live on macOS, with Windows coming soon. Planning to launch here on Product Hunt soon.
