Network Engineer
I’m a 27-year-old network engineer from China, currently based and working full-time in the United States, with five years of hands-on industry experience.
Over the past five years, I’ve immersed myself deeply in core networking infrastructure design, deployment, troubleshooting and lifecycle optimization. My work spans enterprise campus networks, data center fabrics, cloud networking interconnection, routing & switching architecture, VPN solutions, network security access control, performance tuning, outage root-cause analysis and capacity planning. I’m proficient working with major vendor platforms including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and mainstream cloud network services on AWS and Azure.
I enjoy digging into complex network issues, designing stable, scalable, low-latency network architectures, and collaborating cross-functionally with system admins, security teams, software developers and product stakeholders to align network capabilities with business requirements. I’m comfortable working in multicultural, distributed teams, communicating technical concepts clearly both in written documentation and live technical discussions.
Originally from China, I bring a structured, detail-oriented problem-solving mindset, while adapting well to the fast-paced engineering workflows and standards here in the US. Outside of daily on-call and project delivery, I keep up with the latest networking evolutions — including SDN, EVPN, zero trust networking and automation with Python/Ansible for network operation. I’m always eager to exchange ideas with fellow engineers, learn new stacks, and continuously improve the reliability, resilience and efficiency of the networks I build and maintain.
