New here β 25 years in SEO, former social network founder, now building iWordCraft
Hey Product Hunt π
Kal here β SEO practitioner for 25 years across Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia, and a developer who's been building web projects since the early 2000s.
Former founder of WebmaisterPro, the first social network for web professionals, and I currently lead optimization at Inetasia Solutions in Bangkok.
My latest project is iWordCraft β a privately hosted AI text detector with a dual-layer ML and mathematical engine, built specifically for people who can't afford to send sensitive documents through third-party APIs. It also includes SEO analysis, a grammar checker, and browser extensions.
Just scheduled our launch on Product Hunt for May 6th β if you'd like to follow along, the page is already live.
Happy to be here and looking forward to connecting with the community. Always up for a conversation about SEO, web development, or AI detection. π

Impressive background Kal...25 years in SEO and founding a social network for web pros? Awesome. iWordCraft looks handy for private AI detection plus SEO tools...will give it a look. If you're up for it, I'm launching The Sponge on PH soon...an AI-powered flashcard app with a browser extension that turns webpages into study material via spaced repetition. Would appreciate a follow (See "PRODUCT HUNT LAUNCH" link in my profile).

Hey, thanks so much for the kind words!
The Sponge sounds like an incredibly useful tool, especially the spaced repetition element. That is exactly the kind of thing that makes learning technical concepts so much easier.
Just followed your upcoming launch page. Looking forward to seeing it go live, and I will definitely drop some support on launch day. Best of luck!
It is carving a pretty specific niche: privacy-first AI text detection with local/controlled processing instead of sending sensitive docs to external APIs. The real challenge here wonβt be the detection model itβll be proving accuracy + trustworthiness compared to established SEO and AI-detection tools in the market.

Your are spot on. Proving accuracy in a sea of basic API wrappers is exactly the challenge we are tackling.
The current established tools have actually eroded a lot of trust, we made test with all tools and most failed. Lately with high false-positive rates and privacy concerns. Our approach to rebuilding that trust is to show our work: our heuristic engine doesn't just give a pass/fail grade; it analyzes structural patterns (like anaphoric repetition) to prove exactly why content is flagged, all while keeping the user's data strictly local.
It is two layer tool, that doesn't rely solely on ML. We tested with 50 LLMs nothing passed through our detection.
Really appreciate you post.
