I'm one of three co-founders at SHIM. we build a gateway that sits between your app and whatever LLM you're calling, scrubs PII and secrets out of prompts before they leave, and keeps an audit trail for the compliance people who ask uncomfortable questions later (KVKK, GDPR, EU AI Act).

started this because we kept seeing teams paste real customer data into prompts without thinking twice about it, ourselves included at some point. now it's the thing we work on full time out of Istanbul.

not here to pitch, mostly want to meet people building things and hear what you're working on. happy to talk shop on LLM infra, PII detection, or why our mascot ended up being a shrimp (they're small and they clean everything, felt right).

I'm working on something in the AI visibility / AEO space, basically helping brands understand whether ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc. actually mention them when someone asks a relevant question. Still heads-down building, haven't hunted anything yet, but wanted to start showing up here properly first.

Been enjoying browsing through what people are shipping in the AI tools space lately, always impressed by how fast this community moves.

After years of obsessing over flows and friction, I've noticed that most "UX failures" founders describe aren't actually UX problems at all they're business logic problems dressed up as interface problems.

The button isn't the issue. The fact that nobody needed to reach the button is.

A few months ago, I started consulting with an AI platform. Before that, my entire career was in the food industry. Kitchens, shifts, real-world urgency. Not product launches, not SaaS, not AI.

I m also still working toward my business degree, so a lot of this feels like learning to swim by being tossed into the deep end.

What surprised me most wasn t the tech. It was the mental load of building something new. The constant second-guessing. The pressure to say it right. The endless conversations about positioning, trust, and whether people will actually understand the value you re trying to create. I hope others feel encouraged to share their experiences, knowing they're not alone in these struggles.

One thing I ve quickly learned is that users don t struggle because the tools aren t powerful enough. They battle because clarity is fragile. Context gets lost. Confidence erodes fast when answers conflict or feel shaky. That realization has shaped how our team thinks about the work we re doing at CiRQA, but it s also changed how I approach learning in general. Slower. More questions. Less pretending I already know.

I'm Andrew, a UX/UI Designer that also has a taste for development. Just wanted to give an intro to a personal project I've been working on as a resume padder to show-off, it might help other launchers/enthusiasts out as well.
A buddy and I have been working on a website and split test editor that runs on your live page. So if you need to make edits or test a variation, you can just hit the live url and make the updates, draft up a new variation, see recent analytics, or turn on a test. It's got a lot going on under the hood to make it work, but it just uses a single script you add to your site. No weird iframe within a dashboard or browser extension. You can track specific conversion actions and review data right on page as well. We're working out a few small bugs, but it'll work with just about any web framework out there.
We've also built an Agent to do everything (and more) that the user can do, whether adding checkpoints to track, editing pages, retrieving data, etc...
So far I've been able to track around 6000 users, traffic through 2 funnels, and edit 10-20 pages with it with it, I was fortunate enough to be able to test it with a prior employer with a ton of ad traffic. We're really just looking for some beta testers who think it'd add some value, obviously everything for free.
Here's the link, even more than signups though I'm more interested on thoughts/opinions on the idea and product itself! FYI we're launching officially tomorrow.
