There is a theory which says that in order to build a long lasting relationship the parties need to have a similar level of self awareness and similar level of generative drive. My life showed me that this is rather to be the case, and sometimes it's not easy to find them (this is also why I am building TrueMe). After seeing how confusing and generic most wellness advice is (even with wearables!), I teamed up with my wife (also an engineer!) to build PeakRoutine (https://peakroutine.netlify.app/) a smart, personalized health companion that helps people make sense of their own data and improve their well-being through small, consistent changes. What started as a personal mission quickly grew and we re now joined by a small but mighty team of passionate builders and advisors helping bring this vision to life.
We re blending AI + habit design + real-world signals like sleep, HRV, mood, and movement to help people take control of their health before things go wrong.
Most of my career has been about solving problems through design, from startups to bigger orgs, but becoming a parent shifted how I think about impact. It made me a lot more intentional about what I design and who it s really serving.
These days, I m especially interested in building products that are respectful, distraction-free, and useful, especially for families, kids, and educators.
