NEW USER - AMATEUR/NOVICE

Hey all - I am a complete novice and amateur when it comes to developing. I have tried to learn some languages and have very minor css, html, java, and solidity background but nothing that I am remotely confident in.

I have an idea for a mobile application that basically is a browsing app like any other social media one, but it specifically gives you information on busyness of human beings whether it is a gym, highway, mall, restaurant, ski mountain, etc.
I am just looking for feedback and see if this is something I should maybe pursue?

Hey PH Community. It's a pleasure to be a member.

Hey everyone, my name is Salim, living in Montreal, Canada. I am by heart a software engineer working in the corporate world leading teams and afterhours exploring and building things with new tools, ways and technologies.

My latest tinkers which I will be launching next week here on Product Hunt is VibeRewrite (https://viberewrite.com) born out of a simple idea, and some personal experience with loss of words or correct vibe or tone when replying to messages.
With more time I spent gathering feedback and working on it the more it's evolving and the more I am hyped and motivated to grow and solve more problems with it.

So, basically this is me and my latest that got me into this community. Looking forward to e-meet and communicate with a lot of you.

Cheers

Designer → Operator → Founder. Launching Ecopreneur soon.

Hey everyone, I'm Jared -

I started my career in graphic design and somehow kept getting pulled closer to the business side. one thing led to another and now i sit at this weird but fun intersection of design, ops, and product. Right now I m a cofounder/COO of Ecopreneur, an Edtech platform we re getting ready to launch that helps high school students actually engage with community service by recommending and presenting them with opportunities in their area

Hey, I'm Cj, a self-taught developer from Cleveland

Hey everyone. I'm Cj, I'm 40, and I'm from Cleveland, Ohio. Born and raised, wouldn't have it any other way.

By day I work as a magnetic particle inspector, examining aircraft components for structural integrity. By night I write code. I've been at it since I was a teenager, decades of self-teaching, no CS degree, no bootcamp. Just a kid who got curious about computers and never stopped. I'm comfortable across multiple languages at this point, but the obsession has always been less about any specific stack and more about building things that actually work.

Right now I'm deep into my first full-scale app build, a cross-platform project with iOS, Android, and desktop versions. It's been about five months of 14-hour days, nights, weekends, and holidays. I'm completely bootstrapped, no investors, no team, just me. It's been the most challenging and rewarding thing I've ever worked on, and I'm getting close to launch.

Building tools is fun

Hi everyone!

I m a developer who lives by one rule: if a problem annoys me twice, I build a tool to fix it. I ve found that building for yourself is the best way to ensure a product actually works.

Some of the passion projects I use daily:

New here building my own product

My name is Jacob and I am new here building an ai product I call MyKyara and I am here to find a community for my future launch. Product is very simple it Ai agent for non technical people like myself. I build the product with my Friend Claud the AI. It s been a lot of screenshots of what do I do now but we got done in 4 days and we are all wired up with payments and free trial. So what do I do now before my launch ?

Thanks

Jacob

Hi, I'm João. I left a 20y career I was great at to build something I'm not sure I'm good at yet.

Hi Product Hunt

I'm Jo o, a brand creative consultant from Portugal, and a first-time tech founder.

For over 20 years, I worked around the world in brand consultancy for the world's largest clients, including Coca-Cola, HSBC, BMW, Bank of America, AT&T, Airbnb, and Vodafone. As a Creative Director, it was rewarding work, and I love it. But over time, one thing kept nagging at me.

Every project started the same way: with a significant budget of $300K+, a long timeline (often over 1 year), and a large team of specialists. The founders and small businesses I'd occasionally meet on the side? They needed the exact same thing: a solid brand strategy, clear positioning, a visual identity that actually meant something, and that responds to their goals and metrics, but the whole industry was built in a way that made it inaccessible to them.

Hi! I'm one of the people behind Nuyo ;)

Hi guys! I'm Pavel, one of the people behind Nuyo. Let me share you a little bit about Nuyo.
We created Nuyo because we noticed something simple: when you have free time in Manhattan, the hard part isn t getting somewhere, it s being overwhelmed by endless options and not knowing how to turn your free time into something meaningful. Nuyo turns unstructured time into a designed walking experience, removing the cognitive load of planning so you can simply start walking and explore.

Nuyo is an AI powered app that builds personalized walking routes in real time based on your interests, your time and your location. You can chat with Nuyo, ask questions, interact and get local insights at every stop.
Technically:

Routes are generated dynamically

AI storytelling adapts to your preferences

I'm founder of Nucleify - Laravel/Nuxt framework with 100+ stars on GitHub

Hey Product Hunt

I m Szymon Radomski, founder of nucleify.io - and in 3 days we re officially launching (28 February).

Over the last 2 years I ve been building Nucleify to solve a problem I kept running into myself: building websites should be fast, structured, and scalable - but it s usually chaotic, repetitive, and full of unnecessary complexity.
